What these terms cover
These terms govern your use of achieverunningclub.com and any services, memberships, courses, downloads, and digital products we provide. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be 16 or older or have parental consent. Keep your login details safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.
Subscriptions and billing
Prices and features are shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account page. When you cancel, access continues until the end of the paid period. We do not issue refunds for past periods.
Some regions require renewal notices or a simple online cancel link. Where law requires it, we provide it. Your payment method may place holds or currency conversions. You are responsible for any taxes.
Digital products and refunds
Most of what we sell is digital. Once you get access to a download, stream, or course, the sale is final.
If you are in the EU or UK and the law gives you a 14-day cooling-off right, you agree that we may start supplying the digital content or service immediately. By starting access you acknowledge you lose the right to withdraw. If you ask us to start a subscription during the cooling-off period and then cancel within that period, we may charge a proportion for the service already provided as the law allows.
If a digital product is faulty, we will repair or replace it. If that is not possible, we may reduce the price or refund you as required by law.

Trials, coupons, and promotions
Trials convert to paid plans unless you cancel before the trial ends. Coupons apply to the stated period only unless we say otherwise. We may change or end a promotion at any time.
License for your use
When you buy a digital product or membership, we grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own training and learning. You may not share, resell, upload, or distribute our content. You may not remove our branding or copyright notices.
Intellectual property
All site content, courses, plans, text, images, videos, graphics, and code belong to us or our licensors. All rights are reserved. You may quote brief excerpts with credit and a link to the source.
Community rules
You must follow local laws and be respectful. Do not post spam, offensive content, medical claims, or infringe others’ rights. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
Your content and feedback
If you post in our forums or groups, you keep ownership of your content. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, and share it as part of the service. You promise you have the rights to post it.
Third-party services
We may link to or integrate with third parties such as payment processors or fitness platforms. Their terms and privacy policies apply to their features. We are not responsible for third-party outages or changes.

Training advice is educational only. It is not medical advice. Speak with a healthcare professional before starting a new program. Stop if you feel unwell. You accept the risks that come with exercise.
No warranties
We provide the site and content “as is”. We do not promise uninterrupted access or error-free content. You use the site at your own risk.
Limitation of liability
We are not liable for lost profits, data loss, business interruption, or indirect losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
